How We Get the Personal Information and Why We Have It
We collect your information to provide telecare and related support services, including:
- Monitoring alarm calls from telecare equipment
- Enabling responders and next of kin to act in emergencies
- Providing data to GPS platforms to locate vulnerable individuals
- Sharing information with response partners for 24-hour support
- Discussing assessments with health and social care staff
All calls to our control centre are recorded for training and operational purposes.
